Time stamp on CVR and Video Clips do match on Arlo Ultra

The time stamp on a video clip doesn’t match the time stamp on the CVR. I have a motion activated clip shows 9:29 PM but when you go to the timeline it doesn’t match. The timeline has it at 9:59 PM. A 30 minute difference. It makes it impossible to find matching video. This is the worse software ever. I have Nest and Ring and no video issues like Arlo.
