System still inoperable since 27 Apr 20. Can't add cameras after factory reset and not functioning.

Having multiple issues, I don't even know where to start. Submitted a ticket (#41623268), but all I'm getting is the run around. Current issues include:

-Can't add some cameras back now after factory reset.

-System not functioning, setting it to "Armed" does nothing, cameras will not report motion or sound.

-Some cameras will trigger constantly, even if pointed at the wall.

Is there a firmware fix coming or not?
