Hello,
We've had our wired video doorbell for almost a year. In the past couple of months, the live feed and recorded videos will have white noise. It's loud enough that you can't hear the person or anything else. We previously did not have this issue and cannot determine when this started. The firmware is up to date and I've tried to restart the doorbell but still having the same issues. It's not windy and there is nothing outside or inside near the door that would cause a disturbance. Can anyone provide a solution if you've had the same issue? Thanks in advance.

I suggest contacting Arlo support right away, since the warranty is 1 year. Use the options in the app, don't attempt to google them.

Did you try a factory reset as well? How do I reset my Arlo Essential Video Doorbell?

Yes, I just tried it. The white noise is still there but not as loud. I also can't hear the other person talking unless they bring their face to the doorbell itself and speak loudly. Thanks for the suggestion. If there's no solution, I'm going to return it to Costco and buy a Ring video doorbell.

If you want, you are still under warranty and you can contact Support regarding a replacement if the doorbell is having an issue. Directions here: "Please reach out to the Support Team to further investigate this issue you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support."

Try factory reset. I once had this issue. I did the same.
