Hi

I want to access the files recorded on the memory card (128 GB) in the SmartHub (VMB5000,Arlo Ultra cameras) from the browswer interface, but find that only the files recorded from my defines activity zones are visible.

From phone app - menu item FEED - I can see both a CLOUD and LOCAL entry, and choosing LOCAL I can see all recordings, which are other than those defined in Activity zones.

Question is: How do I access these files from the (PC) web interface, when the LOCAL entry point is nor an option?

Thanks , yes, I get that.

What I am talking about is this - the LOCAL in the green square which is available in the phone app.

Actually you don't get that.

One of several restrictions with direct access to local storage is that it is ONLY available in the app using the primary account credentials.  The recordings are NOT available from my.arlo.com or from "friend" accounts.

You first eject the storage using the app.  Then you take out the microSD card from the base and connect it to a PC (perhaps using a USB adapter).

No need to be condescending. Yes, I understand that I can access the files on the memory card by taking it out and putting it in the PC, but that's not what I'm asking.
But your second answer is can I use, you could have given that first without playing smart.
