Hi, my smart premier plan wasn't automatically applied when i set up my arlo ultra. How do i fix this and get my free year? I'm based in Singapore, but bought my unit in the US, thanks

To be eligible for the included free 1 year subscription plan, the Arlo Ultra kit must be set up in the same country in which it was purchased.

thanks for getting back to me. Don’t understand why this is the case though. Regardless of where I’ve purchased the Ultra, I should still have the plan or the offer equates to false advertising.
More importantly the same plan is available where I am as well so this shouldn’t be an issue for Arlo. It feels like the consumer is being punished for being mobile and that doesn’t seem like a fair business practice.
So my question remains - how do I get credited for the free year which I am entitled to?
