My wife gets a security alert from one of our cameras at a remote site. She attempts to view the alert but she has been “kicked” off her login and it requires a “code” to log back in.  The code is sent to my phone. I’m in a “dead zone” and don’t get security alert or the code until hours later!  Meanwhile our remote home is ransacked and we can’t do anything about it!

If Arlo insists on this method of security, it does not work!

I am considering trashing Arlo and looking elsewhere for a new security system. I’m not recommending Arlo to my friends who are looking for security systems.

It would help to allow more than one phone to get the code to login and see security alerts especially when the primary phone is out of service for some reason.

It sounds like you are both using the same account.

One of you should be using a "friend" account instead (with cameras shared from the main account).
