Replacement for Faulty Ultra Camera

Purchased pack of 3 Ultra cameras with hub, and out of the box, one of the cameras would not detect motion. After several tests, it was agreed it was faulty and would be replaced. 13 days ago I was notified that replacements were in stock, and I paid for the Advance next business day. Luckily I took a screen shot of the RMA number, as I have received no communication about the RMA order at all. I get a weekly chat update, but it's not addressing the issue of is this camera lost, or in transit - I don't even know where it has been dispatched from. I can see its been shipped on 22nd August, but no other details. Frustrating its now been 5 weeks since the original purchase. 

The cameras that work are excellent - I love this system! Less so the communication when something goes wrong. 

Just need a little communication!!!
