Hey all I've finally figured out how to remove a trusted device from the arlo secure app. Open the app and go to settings, profile, login settings, two-step verification, then a list of all your trusted devices will show up. tap on edit and delete away.

I think they call these Easter eggs. Arlo has lots hidden around the app.

I don’t have an edit option.

I'm not seeing it in the iPhone app either.

Try my.arlo.com on a PC.  There I do see "edit" at the bottom of the page.

I see Edit on Android for both the new and old interfaces. Maybe an iOS thang?

The edit text button is visible using arlo app iOS v3.6.8.

Ok I see how it works, on IOS platforms you follow the steps until you get to the edit part. On iPhone's you have to swipe left to see the delete button, it'll turn red with the word delete on it. Just verified it with the wife's phone x

I have been trying to remove old devices without luck.  Regarding my list of trusted devices, I do not have an edit button in order to uncheck old devices.  I am using an iPad to access the Arlo App, iOS 16.3.1

It’s the same story on my iPhone 13 with iOS16.3.1

They removed the edit button, now they have a add (+) symbol.

You can  swipe left on a trusted device to show the red delete function, unless it is ticked for being the primary device for receiving the 2fa requests.

untick if you can or tick another mobile device as the primary.

you should be able to swipe left to delete the unwanted device.

Try touching the device you want to remove and swipe left.  You should see "delete" show up on the right.

Ok, thanks.  That worked perfectly to remove my unwanted device.  Thanks Stephen B.

Did you try swiping left as suggested above?
