Recordings on Ultra look very choppy, laggy with color frozen screens. Tried troubleshooting.

This is how lately my recordings looks on my Arlo ultra camera ... (see links) very choppy, laggy with loads of all kind of color frozen screens! UNUSABLE

My DOWNLOAD speed 68Mbps, UPLOAD 18Mbps
Usual troubleshooting done rebooting, removing camera from base station (so annoying), disconnecting base station for a while !

This is due to corruption of the video bitstream (loss).  You have enough upload bandwidth, so it is more likely the wireless connection between the camera and the base.  You can test this by moving the camera closer to the base, and see if the problem resolves.  

 

Longer term, you might need to move the base (or add a second one that is closer to this particular camera).
