This is for the Ultra camera which was not an option for the model in the form when trying to post this.

After adding a third Ultra camera I’m having a problem with recordings not showing for that camera. I have to close the App and then log back in to see the recordings. After viewing some of them they then disappear again and I have to close the app then log back in. I had to do this 8 times to view 21 videos.

Firmware is up to date on all 3 cameras and the hub. The ios app is up to date.

Any suggestions?

Are you seeing this happen after simply viewing clips or are you also deleting clips?

Hi JamesC,

It happens under both circumstances, deleting or viewing. I haven’t noticed a pattern.

This issue should be resolved with the latest release of the iOS mobile app. Please visit the app store and make sure you're up to date with the latest version.
