Hello,

 

I do 3 outside cameras and 2 inside and do local recording to base station. I sometimes see recordings in local storage and can start download, but eventually I get error message “videos stored on base station are not available. Please check your connection settings”. Then recently iPhone notification showed that there should be camera recording, but library has nothing. Getting little annoyed with the whole camera system given these issues, poor connectivity rang... Expensive and useless.

do you see "library" or "feed", in your ARLO app?

@cheesy1190 Are you still experiencing this? Does it happen on every occurrence?
