Whoever thought of the design of the plug that goes with the base station should really be congratulated on doing such a poor job. I've now managed to accidently disconnect the plug twice. While dusting, I should add.

Never had a plug issue on all the bases I've used and to my knowledge, your the first to complain re same.
It's a normal coaxial plug... you could always put a piece of tape around the plug to base

Same sort of plug on my router and many other devices - never had a problem. Of course, dusting isn't usually a competitive sport...
