Notifications are coming through but no recordings

Any advise on how to fix this please.
It is a shared device, where I am not the owner.

Make sure the owner has allowed you to see the appropriate cameras in Settings, Grant Access. He's the one in control of this.

Even went through permission process again.
No joy

Does the owner have a paid subscription?  Perhaps check that the camera is included in the subscription plan.

Not sure any more on Arlo. Why pay for the technology of the security system if you can not use them with out an expensive subscription. I can accept the recordings.
But no zoom, item recognition is just pointless. Better to just buy an earlier version.
Also micro SD recordings can not be viewed by any of the allocated users other than the owner.
Again pointless.
