No Way To Turn Off Motion Detected Spotlight?

I can not find the option to turn off the auto detection spotlight in the menu system?
I saw the closed thread instructing to go to settings but it is no longer there.

The camera is in a high traffic well lit area so the spotlight is a bit distracting and killing the Battery life.

I just checked both the web and Android app. Both use Settings, My Devices, your camera, Video Settings, Low Light Settings, Spotlight to turn the spotlight on/off.
