My Arlo app automatically forced me to update to the new Arlo Secure App (version 6.14.0) and I was immediately disconnected from my household's shared cameras. The user they're associated with has me listed as an Administrator on all of our household cameras, but they haven't been updated to the new app yet. I can't find a way on the new Arlo Secure App to connect the cameras, much less see the feeds, turn them on/off, etc.
This is maddening and particularly frustrating since the update wasn't something I'd even opted into. Does anyone know how I can access my shared cameras again? I tried submitting a message through the app Support Center, but that feature was glitching on the new app as well.

The app has supported two interfaces for about 3 years now, so this is not really about the app version. What is happening is that Arlo is steadily working to drop the old interface, by steadily migrating people to it.
There are two options. One is to simply use the Arlo username/password you are using on other household member phones. That is easiest, but it does give access to payment information, etc, so keep that in mind.
The other is to migrate the other household accounts to "Feed". There is a hack that does that. After logging into the account you want to migrate, you go into "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera. That will fail because you don't own the camera. But the process will migrate the account to "Feed" before you get stuck.
There is another step needed after that. The new interface puts shared cameras in a separate "location" from cameras owned by the account. Unfortunately the name of both locations defaults to "Home", which can be very confusing. You can rename the locations by pressing on the profile icon in the upper left, and then going into the location settings and renaming one (or both).
Then select the appropriate location from one of the main screens by touching the current location in the top center of the screen. That selection is sticky, so they shouldn't need to do that very often.

Thanks for the prompt response. I'll log in through the other account for now until they force all members of the household to change over to the new app.
