Is anyone else having an issue with Arlo Ultra alerts today? My phone has been blowing up with alerts, My phone shows that I got 13 alerts from Alro between 3:05pm - 3:16pm EST but when I go to look at my library there is nothing.
Attached is my phone showing 13 new alerts...

Same thing. I upgraded to the Ultra for better consistency. I’m afraid it’s actually worse than my original Arlo system. I get tons of notifications, but nothing stored in my library. I can see the event on the still shot on the main page, but nothing is captured.
Seems to be the same on both the iOS or Android app.

Well whatever the issue was must have been on Arlo's end. I put my cameras in Disarmed mode late yesterday when I didn't get a good solution from support. This morning as a test I created a new Mode for testing that is exactly like Armed. Everything worked, so I switched back to Armed mode and things are work.
Stuff like this is really annoying.
Arlo if you are reading this fix your stuff and fix your support. I had a technician on the phone with me for 45 min yesterday trying to tell me that I just recently purchased my Elite subscription when infact I have had it still Dec 2019. He also was telling me the issue was because I had the free 1 year subscription and Elite subscription and wanted me to remove my Elite subscription.. He also tried to add an this issue to an existing ticket for something completely different.
