Last night I noticed the Infrared LED's on my Ultra camera kept pulsating going dim and bright. I decided to just reboot the Hub and leave it which it seemed fine after but tonight the same thing was happening so I decided to pull the battery and give it a boot that way. Sadly this has meant the thing is a dud now because upon putting the batter back in the sync LED is a solid blue. I removed the battery again and pushed the sync button to try and reset it but nothing at all happens and the LED stays blue. I have removed the battery and put the camera in the housing then connected power and again solid blue. I tried leaving the battery out for hours and tried again but still solid blue.
I have no idea what to do now...

An update to this issue... I have noticed the LED is both blue and amber so something more is happening here than just the blue LED being on?

That normally indicates that a firmware update is in progress. Not sure what you can do if that gets "stuck" - perhaps one of the mods ( @JamesC ?) will offer a suggestion.

No firmware update was happening at the time and the LED is stuck on with both blue and amber at the same time not flashing. The IR was pulsating so checked the live view and then I pulled the battery then this happened.

How long did you hold the sync button for?
Can you try to perform a factory reset on the camera. You can find details on how to perform this here: How do I factory reset my Arlo wire-free camera?

Hi,
I have pushed the sync button for up to 2 minutes but nothing can be done. It is impossible to reset the camera. The LED goes solid blue as soon as the battery is placed into it and pushing the sync button does nothing.

What if you plug it in to AC power, will it behave differently or let you reset?

If I use the magnetic power cable it does the same thing also with or without the battery. I even tried the side micro USB and again the same thing.
