Misleading or confusion: Does Arlo Ultra Base Station (Smart Hub) have a Siren?

I have a nest, I am going to replace it with the 3 Ultra Arlo Cameras, specifically for the Siren. 

I have a deadly neighbor next door, and I need a loud as siren to wake me up incase he comes back over, or threatens my kids again. 

Questions:

1. Does the Ultra have a Siren on the cameras AND base station? or only Cameras?  I will probably have to return the Ultra if it is not on the base station. 
2. Does Arlo 3 have a Siren on the base station?
3. How can I get a Siren out of the ultra? this is a must have, I need to wake up and react (Druggies next door)

With the Ultra and Pro 3 cameras, the siren is included in the camera not the SmartHubs (VMB5000 and VMB4540)

The VMB4000 and VMB4500 base stations have the siren included in the base.

how most of us are handling this situation is that we have a second Base Station, (VMB4000 or VMB4500), and simply use it for the siren. You can activate the siren manually, or in the rules for the Ultra cameras.

I think it is a pity that Arlo removed the siren from the hubs.
