Battery Indicator Not Showing

So, we have 2 base stations at our business to support 24 cameras. One is a regular hub and one is an Ultra hub. On my iPhone, all cameras are displaying correctly and include all information that they are supposed to. However, on my PC desktop, the cameras linked to the regular base station are displaying everything fine but the cameras linked to the Ultra hub are not displaying information (battery life, wifi connection, motion detection, etc.). There are both Arlo Ultra and Arlo Pro2 cameras linked to it so it's not a camera specific issue. It appears to be related to the Ultra hub/base station. I can't understand it. I have restarted the hub several times. I have tried in both chrome and edge. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas on this?

This could be a caching issue with the browser you're using. Try clearing your cache and test again on the browser to see if you still experience the same behavior.
