Medium Widget Missing

Has the medium Widget been removed.  At present have 3 cameras.  When using my iphone If i use the large widget I can only see 2 cameras on the dashboard.  If I use the small widget then they are really small and do not take up the whole screen.  

Looking at other comments it appears that option was previously available.

At this time the current available widgets sizes are small and large.
