Lost key to arlo security mount

I have the arlo ultra camera set from Costco. One camera came with a security mount that requires a key to take the camera down to charge it. Unfortunately, I think we have lost that key so the dead camera is stuck where it is and we can’t charge it. Does anyone know if a replacement key can be ordered and how?

Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here. You may be able to charge the camera in-place with the indoor charger if the weather permits. I haven't seen the "key" but I suspect it's just a thin pointer that inserts into the hole. I have a few similar ones from phones that use it to eject SIM cards or microSD cards so they may work.
