Locked out of my account

Hi everyone,

 

so I bought all my Arlo stuff back in 2020-2021. I m locked out of my account. I moved and got a new job. My old email was my work one. The phone number is still a good one to reset on but I don’t get notifications with reset instructions. I’ve been at this for weeks. I have 17 Arlo cameras, 2 base stations, tons of money invested. Please what do I do?  I can’t seem to call the instructions book gave me a number that says it was shut down in Oct 2021 for support. I’ve tried emailing please help me reset this. I know my password and I have one of the phone numbers attached to the account still.

Are you able to login to the arlo website login my.arlo.com with a pc web browser?

@ShawnL1985 - did you set up SMS as a two-factor authentication method?  That would work around the need for email authentication.  That assumes the phone you still have was using the primary account, and was trusted.
