Library not Recordings

1, Environments

I bought this from Singapore Airport , and Im living in Philippines.

iMac with Google Chrome &Incognito Mode, Safari

Iphone Xs Max , Ipad Pro (3rd generation)

 

2, the Problem :

No recordings in my Library. 

I can got the "push Notification" when detect motion, but can not recording the video from My "Custom mode"

Custom mode -> Rules -> Record Video was On. 

and i tried to switch from "Record until activity stops" to "Record for a fixed length of time", not worked.

check those photos:  I can Got Notification , but No Recordings in the Library

 

 

3, What i tried :

- Restart your base? // Not Worked.

- Reset all the device ?// Not Worked.

- If your using the mobile app, especially Android, try logging out and back in again.// Not Worked.

- removed the camera from my account, power cycled the hub, added the camera back to my account.// Not Worked.

- Change SD card from 128GB to 400GB // Not Worked.

- Browser : my.arlo.com  ; Google Chrome Incognito Mode, and Safari, delete the cookies// Not Worked.

 

 

 

4, How can i do next ?

But the "Library" still empty ....

Right now the Ultra needs a subscription to record in the cloud.  But subscriptions (even free trial ones) aren't available in the Philipines.

 

However, Arlo has promised free access to the local storage through the app by the end of the year.  So I think your best option now is to wait for that.
