If I subscribe only to CVR, do I still get smart notifications?

My free trial has run out, If I subscribe only to CVR, do I still get smart notifications, or do I need the premier plan in addition to CVR to get smart notifications?
Also, if I have another Arlo ultra camera, can I record activations to an SD card without any subscription for that camera?

You would need at least the Premier plan to get notifications. CVR is unto itself and provides no notifications.
