If I reboot my smart hub will I have to reconnect all of my cameras manually or will they reconnect automatically? And does “restart base station” button on the app count as a reboot? Or do I have to unplug the smart hub or click a button on the smart hub

They will all reconnect when you reboot. Restart does the same but sometimes it's better if your having issues to unplug the hub and wait 20-30 seconds then plug back in.
