App closes when Granting access

Every time I tap add within the grant access field, the app closes. How do you add friends and family when the app closes every time?

Are you trying this from an Arlo app? Is it up to date? I can answer for iOS but do not have any android devices. If it is an iPhone is the iOS up to date, 13.3?

Did you try from the webpage. My.arlo.com?
