I can’t access my yearly free plan for my ultra
As I know ultra comes with a free 1 year subscription but mine doesnt have it. How can ı solve the problem?
To be eligible for the free 1 year plan subscription, the system must be set up in the same country from which it was purchased.
What country are you attempting to set up the system in?
It’s not mentioned that those products doesnt work outside of usa. So at least I would like to have it for that one year.
This is incorrect. Subscription plans cannot be applied to accounts in countries where subscriptions are not available.
