I am unable to view my recordings locally

• Since the new app, I am unable to view my recordings locally.  I have a Smart Hub HMB5000 so I shouldn't need an SD card right?  What am I doing wrong? Please help.

The VMB5000 has no built-in storage, so you do need to add a microSD card to it.  The slot is underneath, so easy to miss.

I suggest getting a card in the range of 128-512 GB.  Anything larger is overkill (and a lot of large c

Hi, You likely do need a microSD card. (VMB5000) Smart Hub requires a microSD card for local storage, as it does not have the internal storage or USB port that some older or larger hubs have.
