Help with choosing the right Subscription

I have a Arlo pro on a free 7 day recording with 3 cameras which I want to keep
I also have a Arlo ultra with 3 cameras I have to subscribe to a plan which one should I get and can I still keep the free 7 day one on the same account

You need nothing for the existing cameras on the free plan unless you want to add features or if the total camera count exceeds 5. You just need a single camera sub for the Ultra.
