I have an Arlo Ultra system that I got in my divorce and my ex-husband went in and changed the user name and password to the account that we were both on and kicked me out. It is not a friendly divorce. he won't give me info. I am afraid to use cameras that he might have access to. Cannot get ahold of anyone at Arlo because apparently I don't own these cameras any more. Help! Are they just trash now?

If you're not the one that set the system up (the primary user), you can't do anything. I would immediately unplug the hub and remove the batteries from the cameras. Set them all aside because you won't be able to do anything with them.
