Having trouble connecting to VMB3000

Anyone have problems connecting to the VMB3000.  My camera's stopped working a couple of weeks ago and no matter what i do, I can no longer get them online.  My home base is sitting right next to the router and is hard wired into the router.  But I can't seem to get any lights but one on the home base.  Any suggestions.
