Having difficulty inserting the Micro SD Card into the Ultra Smart Hub!!

Hi. I have just set-up my Arlo Ultra Cameras at home. I was wondering why the USB Port had been removed from the New Ultra Smart Hub and then noticed somewhere on this site that there is provision to use a Micro SD Card with the Smart Hub.

It took some time but I located a slot underneath the Smart Hub that looks like it would accomodate a Micro SD Card.

I inserted the card but unlike any other Micro SD Card Slots where you push the card inwards and feel a spring - then push further until it locks - this was not what I experienced. The card does fit into the slot but because there is no spring mechanism the only way I could retrieve it - was using a sharp knife to lever it back out.

I'm sure I must be doing something wrong and would really appreciate someones help please?

Sorry - I was finally able to work this all out - SD Card now active and all good.
