Green and gray screen when viewing live 4K

I’m still having issues when viewing live in 4K , I get a gray and green colors in live view it comes and it goes with my two ultra cameras . It only happens when live tracking is off . When live tracking is on and I’m watching live viewing I don’t have that problem. Anyone else have this problem

I had that on older firmware. Check your base and camera to ensure they're up to date. Rebooting the base may help, too.

I have the newest firmware and updates on my cameras and base station. I’ve rebooted the base many times as well . I wish I could post a picture or video it won’t let me .

I experience the same thing in 4K Live view, so you are not alone on this. It happens on all four of my cameras.
