I get notifications but no library. I have completed all updates, unplugged, restarted, resynced, removed and reinstalled all cameras. Even uninstalled Base. Please help.
If no library how would you ever have pictures of the bad sources?

Do you have a subscription? The initial installation should have given you a trial sub which provides cloud recording. Once the trial is over and if you haven't subscribed to any plan, you can only get local recordings using a microSD card inserted in the hub. You can use the app (but not the web client) to view those recordings.

How do I get subscription. Is the microSD card a better choice? Are they the same?
Also when you say use the app to see library? I am on the app. Thanks again.
Did not know anything about a subscription? Is that stated somewhere? Does it costs?

Go to smart plans an Arlo's site it also in the menu bar at  the top of this page.  The cost and options are there.
