Location Australia, Brisbane Time zone +10 hours
I receive immediate Library recordings 24/7 on my IPhone
Day 1:
Friend receives the first Library recording at 10am showing activity from 12:00 midnight to 10am (and all previous recordings) then immediate Library recordings though out the day until 12:00 midnight
Day 2:
Friend receives No Library recordings from 12:00 midnight to 10am (previous recordings prior to 12:00 midnight are viewable)
Friend Live camera activity is available 24/7
Friend had previously been able to view all Library recordings immediately
This issue has now existed for many months
Recently upgraded to SmartHub VMB5000 3 days ago and added 2 Ultra cameras with three existing Pro 3 cameras with no change to this issue
VMB500 Time Zone set to UTC + 10
Friend device is an iPhone running ios Version V 18
with Time Zone set to Auto showing Brisbane same as my identical IPhone ios V18

@ShayneS is correct in saying you need a subscription in order for the friend to see any recordings.
But I am thinking you have a subscription, and that the problem is the delay before the friend can see them. We've seen this issue before for Australia, but not limited to friend accounts.
You should reach out to Arlo support using the support center in the app.
If you can trust your friend with your account credentials, then you could just have them use your account login on their phone. That should resolve the problem. Arlo started to allow multiple logins a few months ago.

Without an Arlo secure subscription, you will not have the ability to record to the cloud.
