I see that a new base station firmware update was published on September 25th, but my base station has not updated. I've restarted the base station manually and via the app, over 7 times! My base station and cameras keep going offline at random times, even though the signal strength and connectivity is great. My home internet system is gigabit fiber optic, so that's not a problem. I've had this system for 2 months, and it's been nothing but headaches and BS!

shawn519,
The latest firmware update for the SmartHub was released last night, what are you seeing that is indicating your SmartHub was not updated?
You can find the current release version and notes here: Arlo SmartHub VMB5000 - 1.14.0.7_95_8e49ec9 - 30th September 2019
Does the signal strength fluctuate for your cameras? How many bars does each camera show? It sounds like there could be some other form of WiFi interference impacting the connectivity of the camera with the SmartHub.
