Cameras are not recording with the new app

Not recording with new app. Constantly have to restart base

Are you seeing your subscription in your account?  If so, is the camera active?

Recording isn't done by the app - it involves the camera, base station, and the cloud.  The app can trigger geofencing, but that's about it.

 

So if you aren't using geofencing, the recording issue is something else (changes in the cloud perhaps).  I suggest contacting support.  https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
