The battery on my Arlo Ultra ran out. I recharged it and it says a firmware update is available but it will not show the camera as online. When I accept to install the firmware update nothing seems to happen. I have tried installing it 10+ times to no avail. So, I cannot currently use the camera.
Photos of the issue below. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Try rebooting your hub - that may or may not help. You could also use the remove/reset/reinstall process:

ALso, what firmware is currently installed? An Ultra I checked is on 1.070.55.0_3_d62cfe0.

I'd not reset anything just yet.
If you can, bring the camera closer to the hub and let it sit nearby for 30 min or so. Afterwards, re-insert the battery. If this doesn't help, reboot the hub. If all failing, only then consider resetting devices.
