Devices will not connect to iPhone 14 promax

Have arlo ultra and arlo pro 2  smart hub that will not connect to iPhone 15 promax. After a while all my devices will go offline. My wife iPhone 14 promax have no issue and online. I’m still getting video saved to my library and getting notifications when there’s motion detected. Just have no live feed. Restarted both hub no change. Uninstalled and reinstalled app and reset iPhone 15 promax several times no luck. This issue I think start happening when I got the premium.i have this problem persisted since Monday. I tried all the solution I could find in here. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Either you see "Feed" in your app menu or you see "Library" in your app menu.

Similarly your wife either sees "Feed", or alternatively sees "Library" 

 

Knowing specifically what you both are seeing is needed to give help.

Is one of you using a "Friend" account?

 

If so, the app menus need to match.  If one shows "Library" and the other shows "Feed", then the one showing "Library" needs to be migrated to "Feed".

    Are both of these accounts displaying Library or feed at the bottom of the Arlo app?

Yes both are showing or displaying library and feed. I hold the Arlo support last week and have given a case #. The help line wasn’t able to resolved. And they forward it another department I guess. Now I’m waiting for them to give call for support.

No, it cannot be both.

 

The app menu shows either Library or Feed.  @ShayneS wants to know which one you see on your phone, and also which one your wife sees.

This what I see on my phone 15 promax no live feed. Received notifications when motion is detected on all the camera I have. And can see all the video that was recorded. On my wife’s phone 14 promax everything is working normally. and was checked by Arlo support. No solution yet. The issue was pass to another person whom I’m waiting to call me back. What do you mean it can’t be both? She had different log in. Arlo support also tried my wife access on my phone it didn’t work. Send both elog data to them to analyze. So if you have any suggestions l can try it will be appreciated.
