Continious recording subscription button not working

Hi there,

I've turned off blockers, and I still can't click the subscribe button for continuous recording - only want to subscribe Camera 2.

 

Anyone know why? and/or how to get around it?

as the above link has shown, this is an issue for everyone, and has been for a month now.  I've not been able to purchase a cvr plan since I've installed the cameras.  It's ridiculous, and frankly, its inexcusable that it has been this long without a solution.

Thanks - however already tied that - no luck.

It's clear in the community feed that its an subscription button image only problem with no associated checkout link.

Support has said try another browser - I have. No luck.

I've tried every browser including opera for. It's not the browser, it's the back end, and has been.

It doesn't matter. They are working theirselves out of business. I'm tired of waiting when other options are cheaper, and work.
