Constant audio notifications...but cameras are not set to detect

I receive constant audio notifications for phantom issues similar to other people on these boards. The main difference is that my cameras are not set to detect audio in the custom mode in use.
I am at my wits end.

If you post a couple of screenshots we might be able to help troubleshoot.
Can you click on the "mode" screen in the web ui and take a screenshot?
Then drill down to the "If motion on" rule for the Ultra and choose "edit" and take a second screenshot.

Smart notifications for Audio is turned off as well, there is no reason I should be receiving audio alerts when this mode is active.

Is this only happening for the custom mode? If you use the default "Armed" mode, do you still experience the same behavior?
