Connection problems

Hi Arlo, my Arlo Ultra 4 pack have worked fine. But now I cannot connect to my cameras, I get notifications but can’t see nothing on em and no recordings will upload to the cloud? When I try connect to the cameras on live on the app it just trying to connect and nothing happens, when I try to connect on my Arlo on the internet it says 5 or more streams are up, but nothing runs or any devices? Is there a bug right now or systems down? I tried restarting system, internet and everything.

Ever since we bought ours in December 2019, we have had connection issues with at least one camera. The rest all worked as they should. Although one of them crackles with the audio badly. Now I noticed the other day that another camera has stopped connecting that has so far been perfect. 

As it stands, of our 4 Ultra cameras, only 1 is functioning perfectly. 

 

I'm going to open a support ticket and try to find out more info. After paying over a thousand pounds for a product, only to have 1 of our 4 cameras working properly is not on really.

Fun fact, if I go to camera setting on each camera and look in camera positioning I get sound and live feed from cameras all of them. So they work, just not when there is actually live motion, so I guess there is some kind of bug?

Ok so found the issue, I logged on my Arlo on the webpage. And for some reason it had removed all my cameras from the subscription plan. So I added all 4 again and now I can watch live view again and connect to all cameras, hopefully it will record motion as it should do I’ll test that when I’m home again.
