I have a Spectrum Router that I connect a Tenda 3 hub mesh wifi system to. I want the Arlo Hub to connect to the mesh system as I have great range and badwidth through it. How can I connect the two together? When I hardware the Arlo Hub to the Tenda main hub, it never connects.

Do other Ethernet devices work OK when you plug into the Tenda main hub?
Does the Tenda also do router stuff? (I'm not familiar with Tenda but Orbi's mesh is also "routering".)
If so, also having the Spectrum Router on there can cause issues. Two routers are bad news.

claybo,
Does the SmartHub get an internet connection if you connect it directly to the spectrum router?
