Cloud vs Ultra Recordings lengths are different Part 2

On my Ultra camera, if I check the Hub recording it records the event as it should.
If I check the cloud recording it misses nearly the entire event.
Link to Cloud version and attaching Hub version of same event. Can't attach Hub version, but it starts with the car about to enter frame, rather than the Cloud version nearly gone and out of frame at end.
Only thing I can think of is that I have this camera set to record when motion is detected on another camera, not sure why that would be different though.

Do you have the camera in Arlo Smart? Smart decides what to display in the library but I really can't imagine it deleting just the beginning of the video - it would normally either display the whole video or not.
I would start by removing and resyncing the camera to see if that helps.

@jguerdat Camera is set to notify of people and cars. I have animals turned off, but still get alerts for animals.
