Cannot see activity zones on Ultra or Pro 2 camera? Why was this removed?

Hi

I have always seen the activity zone setting in the iPhone app but now I can’t see it on either of the cameras. I have 4 ultra and 2 pro 2. Why has it been removed. I need this.

I still have them here with latest update to app 2.19.1 today. Did you try removing the app and reinstalling it?

Hi adamvondory,

 

We did recently release the latest version of the Arlo iOS app version, which is version 2.19.2.

 

If you have the latest version but still don't see activity zones, could you provide what iPhone you're using and what iOS version you're running? And could you provide a screenshot where the "Activity Zone" setting is missing?
