Cannot Add Arlo Ultra Camera VMC5040 to my system

I have never any issues with arlo until this past week. One of my cameras was too far away from one of my hubs and I removed it and tried to add it to a different one and it does not let me . I have tried everything with no luck this far, and this when I found it that contacting "Arlo support" is impossible !!!

What model hub are you wanting to add it too?
Do you have an Arlo subscription?
Are you using the support center in the app to contact support?
