Can’t view video from my phone apps since free subcription expired. Looks like arlo is forcing us to subcribe and that is bad....now i am looking for diff Cam and planning to trash my 7 Pro2, 2 ultra 4 lights, doorbell... i hate them now ...

For your pro 2's you should still have free 7 say storage not sure about the others but for the Ultra yes when the free trial subscription expires you need a subscription. It is the same for any other trial sub. You could still use local storage. Also for the other cams do you still not see them in the web portal at least in case it is an app problem.
