I purchased my camera kit on amazon. The set up was pretty easy. I noticed my library was empty and my SDcard have nothing on it. I call customer service about my issue and I was told because of my region where I live, no cloud subscription is available. Now I’m trying everything to get it to work locally and still nothing. I really need some advice and help on this please.

Arlo Ultra cameras require a subscription for recordings to be stored on the cloud. Subscription plans are not available in all countries.
