Every time I go to my Desktop and to the Web Portal, It always says it does not recognize my browser. Can I set Arlo to always recognize my Browser after just the first time?

What does "does not recognize my browser" mean?
Are you referring to a Flash warning?
It won't be long before Flash goes to the great code writer in the sky and just won't work. There are alternatives to Flash, but Arlo seems to be determined to sit on its hands and to keep it going until the last minute, sometime in 2020.
Here's what you do for various browsers:
Enable Adobe Flash Player for Safari
How to troubleshoot Arlo web client Flash errors when using Google Chrome
Cannot view Live Feeds - Flash problem AGAIN! - Arlo Communities
Most browsers require you to allow Flash when you launch them.
