Would be interested to see if anyone else has had this issue. I bought a brand new Arlo Ultra camera 3 set yesterday. Set them up and 2 work perfectly. 1 just will not sync. Been on the phone to support and they also agreed it is faulty. My options are, send the whole set back to the retailer I purchased it from, or they will send me a refurbished camera.
How can it be acceptable to send a refurbished camera in replacement for a brand new one that is faulty. The other 2 cameras are up and working and screwed to walls, so I really don't want to have to take it all down and send it back!
Opinions please? Thanks.

Refurbished items are generally all that's ever offered for exchange, regardless of product. Regardless, I would suggest swapping the system since it will likely be a faster resolution for you.
